If there’s one piece of clothing you should invest in, it’s your winter coat. Aside from the traditional wool coat, you should most definitely have a down parka for those colder days. Puffy jackets sometimes get a bad rep but only if it isn’t chic and utterly stylish. The one I’m wearing is from Snowman NYC. I love outerwear that stands out. Of course, we all have our simple, black coat but you’ve GOT to get one thats stands out subtly or stands out completely. Either way, go for something different so the coat speaks for itself. The reason I would suggest a stand out coat is because it’s covering over half your outfit! The only way to look cute in the winter is through outerwear.
