One of the major recent trends in streetstyle are crop flared pants, furry little accessories, and dramatically long sleeves. This post covers all of these trends that I have become obsessed with as of late. And what’s amazing is that you won’t have to spend a fortune or settle for fast fashion variations that everyone’s wearing – instead, if you read on, you will discover an amazing brand that focuses on streetwear that is wearable, high quality, and affordable.
The black crop flared jeans and furry colorful clutch featured in the first outfit are amongst my faaaaavorite new pieces in the wardrobe currently. The jeans are on repeat as there are so many ways to wear them – with sneakers, tall ankle booties, combat boots, sandals. They truly look good with everything and are a great quality jean. It has a bit of stretch and holds its shape amazingly well.
Lastly, I must say, one cannot have enough sweaters. Even as I am actively trying to downsize my personal sweater collection, I am checking off the boxes of what I need in order to have a … healthy … amount of variation. The Gabrielle sweater from Series Noir is so perfectly on trend but not too trendy where it will not be wearable a year from now or even two years from now. As a blogger, stylist, just someone who loves clothes but does not want to begin collecting things one will never wear, it is important to keep in mind the long term wearability of these pieces we add to our wardrobe.
