Shopping at thrift stores or the Salvation Army can be time consuming and is oftentimes a hit or miss. But when you do find something, it’s always 100% worth it! I highly advise that you take the time to sift through each rack of clothes. Hidden gems are everywhere and there’s something about finding that piece that fits you perfect for an amazing deal and quality.

When thrift shopping, I came across this leather pencil skirt and assumed it was way too big. But I tried it on for fun and it actually fit my waist!! (I was shocked because not many clothes off the rack fit my waist… In case you didn’t know, I’m tiny!) It was originally too long so I took it to the tailors to have it adjusted. I paired the leather skirt with a jean jacket and tee shirt for a more casual look. It’s nice to make a statement piece like the leather skirt stand out by pairing it everyday essentials.

And of course, I had to have my mini me (she’s such a model) assist me in this shoot. I couldn’t have looked nearly as cool without her! Love you BK!
